Ken's correct.  The Action Products "Ride-on" BTTF DeLorean (1:4 scale, 
I believe) is the largest made, but are long out of manufacture.

In the diecast world, 1:18 scale is indeed the largest.  The latest 
Sunstar (railroad edition #2714) comes out in just a matter of days.
