[DML] Clock alternative ... out of box ...

OK, let's get out of the box a bit an alternatives for the clock hole.  Some
may require more space than the original hole requires:
- A USB port for those who have a USB cable off their radio

- Mount a PDA loaded with GPS software
- Digital compass display

- How about a calculator
- Small video screen for playing TV, DVD, backup camera
