We actually did cover this - and there's very little reason to be 
driving that route in association with DCS2006, no matter where you 
are coming from (unless you happen to live within the south side of 
the city of Chicago). This will not impact anyone coming from any 
other direction. The Interstate goes north/south from approximately 
95th street into downtown Chicago.
