[DML] AC compressor oil where does it go?

Hello all,

I have removed my compressor just to get all the oil out of it. I 
removed the drain plug, turned it upside down and nothing came out! 
Weird. So now how do I add more oil? Does it all go through the drain 
plug? How much do I put in?
