Possible causes of excess pressure in the crankcase:
Cracked, stuck, worn, or missing piston rings
Exessively worn valve guides.
Improperly adjusted valves
Plugged up or not connected vacuum hoses to create the negative pressure.
Pull the oil filler. Take a small piece of stiff card stock like a 3x5
index card and place it over the fill on the motor as the motor is
idling. It should stay in place. If it does not, you have problems.

What will cause too much crank case pressure? I have notices a draft
