James,
With the auto-off upgrade, would I be able to leave the parking lights on
all of the time and not worry about shutting them off? i.e. will they shut off
by themselves when the ignition is off, and then come back on when the
ignition is on? Or does this only work with the headlights?

After reviewing samples from the supplier, and being unhappy with the
switch and the design, we have pulled the project from the supplier and
decided to modify the existing design to improve the functionality and
performance of the switch. A minimal amount of current will run through
the switch (enough to light the internal indicator bulb), and it will
feature an "auto-off" upgrade, currently set for a 30-second delay after
the ignition is turned off that it will shut off the headlights. It will
still be a "plug and play" switch and be identical in appearance to the
original. Retail price is still expected to be $50, and those who placed
pre-orders will be the first to receive the switches, as outlined
previously.
