Just east of Pheasant run in Carol Stream.  They have lots of "revenue 
enhancement" officers aka police.  They particularly target unusual 
cars-profiling them as drug dealers.

When at Pheasant run avoid Carol Stream -unless you can to add to Carol 
Stream's coffers.
