That's failing I assume at the 15 mph mark? Have you checked the
adjustment on your miro switch? If it is turning off too late you will
not get vacuum advance at the lower RPM and the idle motor is still
trying to function. The specs are in the manual. This is a very
sensative adjustment - too late a turn off - you get just-off-idle poor
performance - too early - no dash-pot effect coming off higher rpms
(the engine wants to die before it levels off to idle).
