I do a lot of Photography now, and I usually find that "Michael's" Craft
store sells frames like the one you are looking for on sale every couple of
months.  They are reg. $9.99, but you can get them for $4.99 on sale.

If that is too much, then a cheap alternative is to miter cut some molding
from Home depot into small frames.  I did this also for a friend's painting.
