DON'T believe the hype! I was at a few IRS auctions(in my area) in
the past,for( vintage corvettes)and IRS makes sure that the cars
don't go for cheap,like foreclosed homes,there is a minimum,which is
high to begin with,that is started,there is no such thing as $100.00
winning bids,as some of those infomercials,make it seem like.
