Hello to all.    Since this is a public auction the IRS will  probably offer 
them as a group and then individually.  This is fully  permissible per the IRM 
(Internal Revenue Manual).  This ensures that  the largest amount is 
collected for the items.  The 16K is the lowest  amount that the auction will start at 
for the group.

Who did they do a tax raid on?   This person had some  eclectic cars,  
probably why the IRS thought he had money!
I would  bet that all of these need restoration. or the IRS would have 
sold them  individually.
