[DML] Car Covers

All,

Today the winds were really high around here, and when I got home the 
car cover had blown off/wrapped around one of my cars.  Does anyone 
have a way to ensure they stay on tight?  I do have a stock locking 
cable on the cover, maybe someone knows a way to make the cable tighter?
