[DML] I need a new gear knob (part #101284)

Dear Friends,
I need to replace my gear knob (part #101284) because mine is overused 
and scratched.
This part seems to be not available at DMC Houston.
If somebody has an used (but still good) shifting ball to sell, please 
let me know.
I live in Italy.
