Do you need to remove the cable itself, or the entire case and cable?
You can disconnect the upper cable from the lambda counter under the dash
and pull the cable itself right out...providing it's not broken of course.
If you need to remove the tube itself then you would need to remove the
binnacle
and cluster to get to the back.
I am not sure if you can actually reach the back of the cluster from under
the
dash, but you would need to be Stretch-Armstrong to do it.
