When I get ready to deal with that issue i'm probably going to go with 
Hagerty collector car insurance (www.hagerty.com). I got a quick quote 
from them for $338 a year for an agreed car value of $20,000.  Only 
downsides with this is you can't use it for a daily driver, though I never 
planned to anyway.
