In theory an adjustment shouldn't be necessary for this change. The K-jet
senses the amount of air flow and meters fuel accordingly. If the air flow
increases so does the fuel flow. If the air flow decreases, so does the fuel
flow. All cars are like this by the way, they differ only in the mechanisms
they use to achieve this behavior.
Adjustments may be necessary, but not because you added some kind of better
air filter arrangement.
