Don't feel to bad,From a previous post,the owner of that car posted he 
said,it needed a frame,anyway,so if the insurance is going to pay full 
value,he will have all funds,TO make it even better,than before the 
floods. win-win for him.And or also,Just as long as he also had flood 
ins. on the house.
