[DML] Torsion adjustment

Is there a Step by step for this procedure online somewhere.

Yes, I know it is potentially damaging, but I have heard it is easily 
done with help and careful procedure, and I have no D shops near me to 
do it.  Drivers door needs it bad.  New struts and it sill doesn't go 
to full open without considerable help from the pilot.
