I don't recall Matt asking for legal counsel: only the removal of a cat  
converter.  Information in and of itself is 100% legal, and there's a  
Constitution to back that up.
 
I will have to raise my voice and request that we continue onward with the  
actual technical info, the very point of this listing, and set the legalities 
of  its practice aside for another thread.
