[DML] shiny charcoal canister

[kjc <ckevinj@xxxxxxxxx>]

I've seen a picture where someone had found a shiny chrome charcoal canister 
or canister wrap and installed it outside the pontoon in the engine 
compartment.
Does someone know if this was a custom made or if there is a common part to 
locate something like this?
