Not to worry you just snapped the handle. The plastic gets brittle 
over time and just breaks. Just get that Houston replacement and youll 
be good to go. You might consider getting the pair so you dont run 
into this issue again. The install is quick and painless, provided you 
tape the stainless opening inside the door so you dont get cut up.
