     I can answer that since I'm keeper of the Directory.

I usually do them in batches. The process is not automated. I check to
make sure the requestors have already submitted their entry to the
Directory before I send them access information (that's the only
requirement). I've got 8 requests right now so I'll be doing them
tonight.
