[DML] Valve cover gaskets

I've had bona fide Delorean valve cover gaskets on order for a few weeks 
and they just are not getting to me, for whatever reasons.  I'd really 
like to refinish and replace the covers this weekend so I'm just about 
of time.

I have already learned my lesson with regard to cross reference parts - 
but what about these gaskets?  In this one case is a B28f Volvo gasket 
acceptable just once?

My intake manifold is already off,  it looks like the alternator and ac 
compressor have to come off to remove the valve covers,  true?
