[DML] Rim Repair

Thanks to all who responded.  I will contact some wheel repair shops in the near 
future.  But before that, I have to replace the brake master cylinder, and get a whole 
new exaust system.  Priorities.  Sigh...  Oh well, that's what the winter is for anyway, 
right?
