[DML] More on waterpump bolts and coolant

I had some folks contact me off list (Thanks to all willing to share). They 
said not to use anti-seze while others did, I dont want flame wars but we 
are all going to be in the Valley someday and this debate will help us all. 
The other ideas were to use silicion (inert, Right) or how about blue 
loctite (will it form a seal?).
Another flame war question: Why is it we do OR dont use the coolant now out 
that is for aluminium engines.
