I had a mud wasp nest in the pipe causing this
problem. Very frustrating. The hose looked to ridgid
to simply remove and put back on.
I put the car on a lift and used moderate pressure
water and a plumbers snake to clean the hose out.
Once I broke through the whole thing drained.
Pumped some water up it a few times to clean it out
and it works perfect ever since.
