Starting with the small things first, the hose on the CPR is just a
vent, it goes nowhere. It is just to keep dirt and water out. The wire
I don't know. As for the hard starting, it will take some
troubleshooting and history to figure out. Here are some of the
possible causes:
dirty filter in tank
bad pick-up hose
bad accumulater
dirty fuel filter
vacuum leaks
mixture adjustment way off
old, bad gasoline
dirty fuel injectors
bad CPR
a problem in the cold start circuit
That's on the fuel side. On the electrical side here are some possabilites
spark plugs
ignition wires
bad coil
Lambda not working
