Paul, I could be the circuit breakers heating up and opening and closing.
They will do that but the cause could be and old breaker or an over load on
the circuit. Is it a 40 amp that is clicking on and off.You will have to
unplug it to see.

I haven't done anything yet with regards to electrical systems in my
car. It has the Fan Relay bypass for the blue relay. When I run the
AC, I hear annoying relay clicks behind me, every five seconds or so.
Is this normal?
