Kevin - I have seen the otterstats fail in both directions - the fans 
either stop working, or never stop working.  In the case of Winged1, 
the otterstat got progressively worse until the fans were on 
continuously.  I just posted a message to the List about an otterstat 
replacement that we are currently testing.  "Wings-B-Cool".
