Paul,
Same company, same numbers as mentioned by Stephen ... the Sylvania "Cool Blue"
bulbs are a nice replacement as well.

Low beams:  H4656 CB
High Beams: H4651 CB

I recently upgraded my headlights to the sylvania "Silverstar" lamps 
and am very happy with them.The #'s are H4656ST and H4651ST.
I believe www.specialtauto.com now stocks them.
