Sounds like your key switch or the Aux relays are bad.

Did you pull any connector below the steering wheel ?

When nothing works it's most likely a very simple problem.
Do you have the schematic ? Can you read a schematic ?

Hi to all
                      I have this problem in my D
                              with the key in ignition the door buzzer don't
sound

                              the instrument panel don't light
                              i cant start the engine (no crank)
                              the battery is new (change after the problem)
                              the alternator is new (change after the
problem)
                              all fuses are good
                              the cable that have all browns cable attach to
the alternator get hot went i touched
                              voltage of battery 11.90 vdc
Please help ..... give some light
   All suggestion welcome
