I have had the fuel come back up through the return line hole in the rubber
if a corbin clamp isn't on it.

Paul,
If you are lucky this might be just a loose clamp on the top of the
tank. Remove the spare tire and open the panel below for access to the
tank. Tighten the clamp on the fuel pump. Also tighten the big nut
that holds the fuel gauge sender in place. If you still have a leak it
will be easy to find.
You might need a new part, like a fuel pump boot or fuel gauge sender,
but I'm betting you don't. Good luck.
