[DML] Setting Digital Clock in Radio

Hi, I just recently joined DMCNEWS and this is my first posting.  I 
purchased an 83 DeLorean a couple of weeks ago and have been 
struggling with what seguence of buttons to push to set the digital 
clock?  I have the owners manual but it doesn't 
mention it and the previous owner did not know how either? 

Appreciate any insight to this.
