Easy,
If you would like to keep the car, and are buying it for yourself
and not with the motive of turning a profit. Then fix the engine, go
over any possible electrical issue, and just keep the car.
I've bought many vahicles with salvage titles, fixed the few issues,
(never buy ones with frame/body damage)had them inspected, and then
use them like any other car. The only catch is that I saved
thousands of dollars versus the same comparable car.
Hopefully you got it for a good price, if so fix it, drive it, and
enjoy.
If you don't want the car, are you interested in selling it??
