[DML] car mysteriously dies - still! OOPS

Oops, 

I forgot to say the most important thing!
When the car dies and will not restart, I pulled a plug wire and had a friend 
crank the ignition as I stuck an allen wrench in it and put it up to the 
intake manifold. There was no spark.  So, the problem is definitely that I am 
loosing ignition and is not fuel related.
