[DML] Rear Wheel Squeek

I put my car back together this past week and got it back on the road.
 I am noticing a right rear wheel squeek that only seems to happen
when I am coasting and not giving it gas.  The sound seems to go along
with the rotation of the tire.  When I press the brakes it doesn't
make a difference.  Could it be a wheel bearing or something else?  Any
suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
