I am, by no means an authority on the Concours.. but I thought it was
supposed to be "as the cars left the factory", and not "as they are
about to be delivered".  Plenty of things could happen to the vehicles
between those two points in time.   And having some judging criteria
for the cars as they left the factory, and others for as they were
being delivered, seems inconsistent to me, and would allow for
interpretation for any other relevant judging point.
