I would argue that a car with a famous owner of record would also have a 
somewhat higher resale value then another DeLorean in the same condition, for 
example John Z's personal car, or Johnny Carson's DeLorean (in fact isn't the 
current owner of Carson's D on the list)

Of course a documented BTTF Delorean with the modifications would have extra 
collectors value also.
