Greg - The original relays inside the lock module are quite under-
rated for the load that the solenoids demand. We have new 40amp
relays with the correct pin configuration that will replace the
originals perfectly. The relays we currently stock are of the "open
air" variety, although we can get sealed units with the same
interfaces and the same load rating. Please let us know if we can
