[DML] High Idle

I'm trying to tackle a problem I've had with my
delorean for a long time.  The idle is excessivly
high, about 1500 RPMS.  I was thinking maybe the
timing is off, could this cause it?  If so, do I
adjust it by turning the distributor? Looks awfully
tough to get to.
