no turn singles, marker lights, or 4-ways

Need some help,


I have lost my marker lights, 4-ways, and turn singels. There is no power at the
fuse box for RT or LT turn singles or horn/marker fuese? 

Is there relay that controls the power to the fused that should be hot all the time?
