"DeLorean World" Magazine?

Someone must know!

I'm trying to get hold of an old issue of the "DeLorean World" magazine from
around 1998. A DeLorean owner in Thailand had sent an article but never
received a copy of it. Does anyone know:
1. How to get a copy of this magazine.
2. Which issue the article appeared in.
