I agree, but try dryer sheets (like you toss in the dryer with your
laundry). Same general effect on critters, but much more pleasant smell.

I agree. With the SS body of a DeLorean breathing can take a backseat to
survival in this case.

A good compromise that I have seen, is to take about 60-70% of the weight
off the tires with jackstands, but leaving some on it. The suspension is
not fully extended, yet not all the weight is setting on the springs either.

I agree with the rest of what David says about this. Pull the battery and
all the fluids.
