I checked mine out; it sure is hard to tell if it is sealed off or not. I
doesn't appear to be sealed very well. Can water come in this hole, too?
Would expanding foam be a goog filler for this to stop air and water coming
in?

Also, what is the hole on the other side; I have a clear tube coming in and
some wires, but it it fairly open to the cavity too. Is that one a good
candidate for air and water problems? spray foam ok here?
