Again, we covered the remanufacture of torsion bars *at length* about a year
ago. There was much detail and research put into this topic in previous
posts. If you are new to the list, and interested in this particular topic,
please search the archives for lots of info. If you search for "cryogenic",
you should get lots of good results.
