You might only need a linkage adjustment. Get out your Workshop Manual
and go to F:07:01. You should also make sure everything is lubricated
and moving freely. If this doesn't help you might have to replace the
roll pin inside the transmission. As long as you are working around
the transmission make sure you also check the fluid level As per
F:03:01. You really don't need anything exotic, #80-90 weight gear oil
is fine (A:05:01).
