radio harness pin-out, color, and function diagram now available

Since I wasn't able to find this info anywhere else, I created a page the
combines all the currently available info into one page, which should answer
questions like mine in the future for both Craig and ASI radios.

Thanks go to Mark Noeltner and Pete Lucas where I got most of the info. I
verified that at least for my Craig radio, the pin-outs and colors are
correct.
