marketing function of D1. Should you still be or become a recalcitrant 
Member, chances are that Mr. Richard A. Lebby, Attorney for DOA and D1 will 
be obliged to explain it to you in 'legalese' paid for out of your membership 
dues. Such expenses are quoted as high as $15,000./year, but don't ask to 
see the books. That is an actionable offense. If you decide to defend 
yourself and/or your claim(s)/assertion(s), the legal expense is all yours, 
unlike that of your opponent which is, as said, paid by the membership.
