Well, I liked the show despite the lack of information on the car itself.
It went to show that the man and the ideas were revolutionary and brilliant.
It also shows one of the greatest examples of piss-poor-timing/supervision
ever. If you saw the show then you know what I mean. Even if the car was
made in Detroit, it drew a very specific audience when people wanted
practicality and economy, and therefore just didn't sell after the hype. It
also gives the idea that the defects that you may find on your car might not
be aftermarket, but actual factory defects that came from the lack of
training! Again, piss-poor-timing. Of course I am an outsider looking in
since I don't own a D... yet. Any thoughts or opinions on this perspective.
