stuck distributor

The distributor is stuck..



i can get the cap off, rotor off, and little plastic shield off, as well
as the retaining nut holding the distributor in place



however, i CANNOT remove it , or turn it!



am i doing something wrong, or is it perhaps oxidized into place?



i tried some penetrating oils to budge it, but nothing



any help / suggestions are GREATLY appreciated!~
